            ***DELAYED AND UPDATED REPORT*** Debris flow
            moved from the top of the Valley Fire burn
            scar down Highland Valley to Warm Springs.
            Multiple houses had debris strewn across
            their properties, and one vehicle was
            dragged away by the current into a pile of
            debris. Water estimated to be 3 feet up to 8
            feet in height.
