...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ADA AND SOUTHWESTERN
BOISE COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM MDT...

At 733 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along east Boise and the Boise foothills, moving
northwest at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Water ponding on roadways due to heavy rainfall. Gusty
         winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
         objects.

Locations impacted include...
Boise, Garden City, Lucky Peak Reservoir, Lucky Peak Dam, and Lucky
Peak Spring Shores Marina.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
