.DISCUSSION...Today and tonight...
Temperatures will be below normal with a good chance
of afternoon showers and thunderstorms over the higher
terrain. Across the plains there will be a chance of
showers along with a few thunderstorms. Tonight, there
will be a chance of showers and thunderstorms over
the plains.
LONG TERM DISCUSSION...Thursday through Sunday...Temperature
are expected to warm up considerably on Thursday. Friday`s
readings will be similar, but even more warming is expected
Saturday and Sunday. Scattered to likely showers and
thunderstorms are expected Thursday and Friday, with drier
conditons for Saturday and Sunday. Humidity levels will drop
into the teens during the afternoons for this weekend.
However, winds should be fairly weak so critical fire weather
conditions are not expected through Sunday.
