.DISCUSSION...Today and tonight...
Abundant monsoonal moisture will stream across the forecast area
today, resulting in scattered to numerous showers and storms with
wetting rains. We`ll dry slightly tonight with most showers ending
during the course of the evening. Temperatures will still be mild,
but humidity levels will be high and no significant winds outside
of showers and storms are expected.
LONG TERM DISCUSSION...Friday through Monday...
Additional rounds of showers and storms can be expected Friday and
Saturday, mostly during the afternoon and evening. Temperatures
will still average near normal but humidity levels will be high.
Conditions begin to slowly dry Sunday into Monday, but isolated
to scattered showers and thunderstorms will remain possible.
Temperatures will cool to below normal levels for Sunday and
Monday. There are no fire weather concerns for the upcoming week
due to the moist and unsettled conditions.
