.DISCUSSION...The burn area will see upper ridging in place today
with pretty weak winds and a brief period of good smoke dispersal
this afternoon.  A weak upper level trough pushes across the area
tonight into Thursday bringing light snow to the burn area along
with increased westerly winds. Snow will end Thursday afternoon
with minimal snow accumulations, maybe around one inch. Wind gusts
up to 25 mph are possible tonight and on Thursday. There will be
good smoke dispersal from late morning to late afternoon on
Thursday.  High temperatures will be in the upper 30s this
afternoon, but only the upper 20s Thursday afternoon.

                    mostly cloudy (65-75 percent).
