.DISCUSSION...
Sunny skies expected through this morning with clouds increasing
in the afternoon as scattered showers and thunderstorms begin to develop.
Cloud bases will be around 10000 AGL. Winds will generally remain light
and with an E-SE component, although strong gusts up to 30-40 mph
will be possible with any showers and thunderstorms that
develop. The best chance for shower activity and gusty outflows
will be between 2pm and 6pm. Afternoon highs will be in the low 80s.
