.DISCUSSION...
.REST OF TONIGHT... Light southerly winds are expected across the
area through late tonight. Shower and storm chances will start to
increase again after 2400-0100 and remain elevated through about
0600. Winds may become variable and gusty with any passing storms
or showers.
High chances (65%-85%) for wetting rains across the area after
1200 Thursday, with localized heavy rainfall possible through the
afternoon. Some locations may see localized 2-3" of rainfall in a
short time. Winds should follow a normal diurnal pattern
(upslope/upvalley) by the afternoon outside of passing
showers/storms. RH values are expected to remain above 40% through
the day.
Warmer and drier conditions are expected to return on Friday and
persist into the weekend, with minimum RH values expected to drop
into the low to mid 20% range, though winds are expected to remain
generally light through the weekend.

and slight chance of thunderstorms until 2300,
increasing again after 0100 through 0600.
