.DISCUSSION...Clouds were starting to build over the mountains
late this morning, and scattered showers and thunderstorms are
expected to develop in the area by noon. Those will remain in the
area through the afternoon, but should be ending by mid evening.
They will not be persistent, but a couple rounds of lightning will
be possible during the course of the afternoon.

Temperatures will be mild for these higher elevations, and outside
of any showers and storms winds will be relatively light, mostly
from the west at 5-15 mph.
