.DISCUSSION...Winds are generally light and variable this
afternoon, with gusts of 10-15 mph possible for the next few
hours. Relative humidities range from 9-12% across the area.
Mixing heights should be peaking right about this time (1330) at
around 6,500`. Should see some slight improvements to RH by 1700
(~15%), and decreasing winds. More significant RH improvements
won`t come until late tonight (between 23/2400), where they will
be in the mid 20s. Winds should remain light through tomorrow
morning.
