.DISCUSSION...Mild temperatures are expected again today with an
increase in cloud cover compared to yesterday. Winds this morning
will remain light and variable before becoming more easterly this
afternoon. Speeds should again be light through the day (5-10
mph). Compared to the past couple nights, dew point temperatures
are running slightly higher, and combined with the increase in
cloud cover today, minimum RH is expect to stall somewhere around
20-24% this afternoon. There should be a few hours of fair to good
smoke dispersal this afternoon.
Winds tonight are expected to return to a weak
drainage/southwesterly component. Overnight humidity recovery
should be a noticeably higher than this morning`s RH with recovery
up to around 55-60% expected.
A gradual increase in moisture is expected on Saturday, with
similar forecast temperatures. Winds should predominantly remain
out of the west during the day, with speeds generally around 5-10
mph with a few gusts up to 15 mph.
