.DISCUSSION...Light snow or flurries can be expected off and on
during the day, although a gradual breakup is expected this
afternoon. While the smoke dispersal category will be poor most
of the day due to light winds, it will be aided by the periods of
light snow. Temperatures will be colder than normal.

For tomorrow, smoke dispersal should be able to reach the fair
category with more sunshine, surface heating, and increasing
westerly winds. We think the winds will be sufficient enough for
fair dispersion for at least a couple hours in the early to mid
afternoon.
