.DISCUSSION...

Clear skies and moderately low humidity in the low 20% range will
can be expected for the bulk of the afternoon, with south/southwest
winds occasionally gusting to around 20 mph or slightly above at the
20-ft level. Winds will weaken this evening, becoming light downslope
overnight, and accompanied by healthy humidity recovery above 70-80%.

On Tuesday, expect increased cloud cover ahead of an approaching system,
with some chances (20-30%) for light showers at almost any time of day.
Wetting rain potential will remain low however (15% or less) before
Wednesday. Daytime southwest winds will return, but with weaker speeds
relative to previous days. Wetting rains are still expected for
Wednesday into Thursday.
