.DISCUSSION...High pressure aloft builds over the region bringing
very mild conditions with highs in the upper 60s to 70s and dry
conditions Monday through Friday next week. Relative humidity
will drop into the 14-22% range each day. The high pressure will
bring light winds and limited mixing Monday through Thursday. The
exception being Tuesday when a weak system passes north of the
state, which will kick up west to northwest winds. High pressure
moves off for Friday and Saturday potentially bringing stronger
winds and increased mixing for better smoke dispersion.
