.DISCUSSION...

Through about 2100 this evening, there is a slight (35-45%)
chance of light rain showers or thunderstorms. Any shower that
moves over or near the location could produce lightning and gusty
and erratic winds of about 40 to 50 mph with some isolated higher
gusts. As of 1345, there are no imminent showers in the vicinity.
The high for today will be in the mid to upper 50s with mostly
cloudy skies and some patchy smoke lingering. There could be some
brief peaks of sunshine this afternoon at times.

Aside from any winds associated with showers, winds should be
between 10 to 20 mph with a few gusts up to 25 mph through
tomorrow morning. Winds should be northwest for much of this
afternoon before switching to be southerly/southwesterly for the
overnight period. It will be partly cloudy for most of the night.
We expect more widespread showers and thunderstorms for the
location on Wednesday afternoon and evening with a risk for
lightning and gusty winds, as well as a low risk for heavy
rainfall.
