.DISCUSSION...It will be another hot day today with highs in the
mid 80s. Relative humidity values are expected to drop to around
10% this afternoon. Generally light west winds are expected to
transition to the WNW this afternoon, with gusts between 10-15 mph
possible. Precipitation chances remain low, around 10% for today.
Cloud coverage will increase for the afternoon hours, with some
slight clearing for tonight. Relative humidities will see some
moderate recoveries, with values climbing into the 40-50% range.
Tomorrow will be cooler with increased precipitation chances for
the afternoon and early evening. Temperatures will remain in the
70s and the probability of precip will be between 40-50%, with
thunderstorms possible. With increasing moisture expected,
minimum relative humidities are expected to remain near 20%.
Generally light SW to W winds are expected for tomorrow morning,
with some uncertainties with regards to winds for the afternoon as
thunderstorms develop in the area. Expect gusty and erratic winds
to occur with any passing thunderstorms.
A warming and drying trend is expected to begin Wednesday, with
mid to upper 80s returning Thursday and continuing into the
weekend.
