.DISCUSSION...

This morning, southwest winds will remain under 10-12 mph then increase
to 13-17 mph by mid day. Smoke dispersal will improve from poor to good this
afternoon as winds increase. A shortwave will bring a chance of flurries
to the burn area late this afternoon into early evening but no
significant accumulation is expected. Relative humidity of 35-40 percent
this afternoon will recovery to 80-90 percent overnight. Expect clouds
to linger through the overnight hours then finally becoming clear Saturday morning.

Saturday, weak southwesterly winds will range from 7-13 mph. With wind speeds
remaining weak through Saturday afternoon, smoke dispersal will trend poor.
