...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY MORNING THROUGH
SUNDAY AFTERNOON...

.DISCUSSION...Dry and unseasonably warm weather will persist the
rest of today and then again Sunday. As of 1145 am, winds are in
the process of turning from easterly upslope/upvalley to a more
westerly flow as the airmass continues to warm and mix. The more
westerly winds are expected to prevail through the afternoon, with
a few gusts to 20 mph expected. Humidity readings will hover near
20% for the rest of the afternoon as well, and could bottom as low
as 18-19%.

Stronger winds are expected to develop overnight tonight and last
through much of Sunday.Peak wind gusts to 40-50 mph will be
likely after 5 am, with more persistent wind gusts of 30-40 mph
through Sunday. A Fire Weather Watch is in effect for Sunday.
