* WHAT...Temperatures between 32 and 36 degrees will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...Castle Rock.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM MDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
