...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN PHILLIPS AND
SOUTHEASTERN LOGAN COUNTIES UNTIL 715 PM MDT...

At 628 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles south of St Petersburg, or 23 miles southeast of Sterling,
moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
  St Petersburg and Highland Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
