...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN LOGAN COUNTY UNTIL
530 PM MDT...

At 450 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Iliff, or 11 miles northeast of Sterling, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Iliff, Peetz, Proctor and Padroni.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
