...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN LOGAN...NORTHWESTERN
PHILLIPS AND WESTERN SEDGWICK COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 PM MDT...

At 1008 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles southwest of Chappell to 7 miles north
of Haxtun, or along a line extending from 16 miles west of Julesburg
to 21 miles northwest of Holyoke. Movement was northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Ovid, Sedgwick, and Marks Butte.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Heavy rain is occurring with these storms, and may lead to localized
flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
