VFR conditions through Saturday, but there will likely be periods
where ceilings in the 5000 to 6000 foot range may require
instrument approaches to KDEN at times. This is most likely with
rain showers in the area through about 15z, and then when there
are scattered showers and thunderstorms 21z-02z. Wind directions
are uncertain, but mostly a northerly component and under 10
knots. Variable gusts of 20 to 30 knots are possible (20% chance)
with the afternoon thunderstorms.

KALS...mainly VFR conditions with mid and high clouds across the
terminal into Saturday morning. A few thunderstorms will be
possible during the afternoon and early evening hours with brief
periods of reduced CIGS and VIS as they pass.
KCOS...there could be isolated showers pass near the terminal
overnight with limited impacts. CIGS near MVFR are possible
Saturday morning into the afternoon. A few showers and
thunderstorms will be possible during the mid to late afternoon and
evening with brief periods of reduced CIGS and VIS as they pass.
KPUB...some low stratus is possible by late tonight into Saturday
morning with CIGS near 5 kft. There is a low probability of showers
and thunderstorms during the late afternoon and early evening. At
this time, they look to pass north of the terminal. But, if a
thunderstorm does impact the terminal, briefly reduced CIGS and VIS
will be possible.

Residual cloud cover and a few stray showers linger on the steps
of the west side of the Continental Divide this morning. This
will slowly erode before daybreak and mostly VFR conditions will
preside over the terminals. Some doubt to whether fog and
stratus will become a problem exists. Given any fog/stratus in
the valleys, it should burn off around 0900 MDT. VFR conditions
are expected across eastern Utah and western Colorado Saturday.
Some thunderstorms were introduced for the mountains with PROB30
for KHDN, KEGE, KASE, KGUC, and KTEX. These will come with some
brief ceiling issues and gusty outflow winds as they decay.
Storms will be short-lived Saturday and clear, quiet conditions
return to the region Saturday night to close out this TAF
period.

Residual cloud cover and a few stray showers linger on the steps
of the west side of the Continental Divide this morning. This
will slowly erode before daybreak and mostly VFR conditions will
preside over the terminals. Some doubt to whether fog and
stratus will become a problem exists. Given any fog/stratus in
the valleys, it should burn off around 0900 MDT. VFR conditions
are expected across eastern Utah and western Colorado Saturday.
Some thunderstorms were introduced for the mountains with PROB30
for KHDN, KEGE, KASE, KGUC, and KTEX. These will come with some
brief ceiling issues and gusty outflow winds as they decay.
Storms will be short-lived Saturday and clear, quiet conditions
return to the region Saturday night to close out this TAF
period.

Prevailing VFR conditions will continue through the TAF period. A
weather system is passing through the area tonight, which has
resulted in more development of rain showers and thunderstorms in
central portions of the area. This area of scattered rain showers
and thunderstorms is located over the southwestern Bighorn Basin
down into the northern Wind River Basin. Impacts are possible (30%)
at KRIW and KWRL as the showers and storms move to the east early
tonight, and at KCPR early Saturday morning.
This area of showers and storms will end late Saturday morning, with
more convective development Saturday afternoon. The best chance for
impacts from convection will be at KCPR Saturday afternoon, which is
denoted by a PROB30, but chances remain too low (<20%) at all other
terminals at this time. Wind will remain below 10 knots, outside of
convective activity, tonight through Saturday morning. Gusty wind
will develop at KBPI, KPNA, and KRKS Saturday afternoon.

15Z Saturday. Winds will gust to 24 knots at Cheyenne and
Laramie from 15Z to 00Z.
Nebraska TAFS...Ceilings will range from 6000 to 8000 feet.
Occasional thunderstorms will occur at Scottsbluff and Sidney
until 09Z, producing wind gust to 30 knots, visibilities to
3 miles and ceilings to 3500 feet. Periods of fog will occur at
all terminals until 15Z, reducing visibilities to 2 to 3 miles
and ceilings to 1500 feet.

Scattered passing showers are expected through most of the TAF
period, but confidence in the duration of these showers is not
high enough to include -SHRA as prevailing for any given time
period. Winds will shift to the north behind a front around 12z
which could also mark the arrival of MVFR ceilings. Conditions
should improve to VFR by 18z, when afternoon showers could
mature into a few thunderstorms.

An area of rain showers will track southeast through portions of
southwest Kansas into south central Kansas overnight, potentially
affecting the vicinity of all TAF sites through daybreak.
Additionally, low level stratus is forecast to develop within a
light southeasterly upslope flow and increased relative humidity
later this morning, resulting in potential MVFR cigs in vicinity
of all TAF sites initially, then eventually possible IFR cigs
toward daybreak. Areas of fog development will also be possible,
increasing the potential for MVFR vsbys and isolated IFR vsbys
generally after 10-12Z. Light south-southeast winds overnight
will become more variable generally after 13-15Z as a weak
frontal boundary associated with a surface low pushes east
through western Kansas.

from the increase moisture due to storms that dumped quite a bit

mainly VFR conditions with chances for more thunder late in the
TAF period, mainly after 00Z Sunday.

VFR conditions prevail and are forecast to persist across western NM
through the TAF period with mostly light winds. More significant
impacts are forecast across eastern NM, where MVFR and even short-
lived IFR conditions are possible in areas of low stratus through
Saturday morning. In addition, MVFR and short-lived IFR conditions
are likely in sct/num storms across eastern NM Saturday afternoon
and evening. Thunderstorm outflow will combine with a weak backdoor
front to produce a gusty east canyon wind at KABQ toward the end of
the TAF period.
