...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THURSDAY TO 5 PM MST
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
  12 inches, with potential for higher amounts in the higher
  elevations of the Park Range. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Park Range, including Rabbit Ears Pass.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Thursday to 5 PM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions
for Colorado can be obtained by calling 5 1 1 or by going to
www.cotrip.org.

If traveling to the mountains, be prepared for winter driving
conditions. Check cotrip.org for road closures and traction laws.

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 2 and
  7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Northern Front Range Mountains, including Rocky Mountain
  National Park and the Medicine Bow Range.

* WHEN...From midnight Thursday Night to 5 PM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
