Large, sprawling high pres slowly drifts SE of Nantucket into Thu,
with gradually increasing SW winds, especially near shore. A dry
cold front sweeps across the MA and RI waters late Fri afternoon and
evening, followed by a wind shift to the NW. Another High pres
builds over New England this weekend, promoting light winds and dry
weather.
