.DISCUSSION...
A slow moving nor`easter will continue to result in windswept
rain right through Monday evening. Additional rainfall amounts
should be on the order of 1 to 3 inches. Diminishing northeast
gusts of 20 to 30 mph, up to 40 mph at the coast through tonight.
Then by Monday afternoon gusts are 15 to 25 mph.
Minimum values of relative humidity Monday are greater than
85 percent.
.Outlook...Tuesday through Friday...
A drying trend begins on Tuesday with mainly dry and warmer
weather Wednesday through Friday.
