.DISCUSSION...

Clouds this early this morning will become mainly sunny late
morning. Winds out of the S/SSW at 5-10 mph. Mixing heights
increase to 2000-2700 ft after noon accompanied by "fair" smoke
dispersal. Relative humidity falls into the 60 percent range this
afternoon with 60 percent as a min value. No precipitation
expected today.

Cloudy and more humid Thursday. Patchy fog possible early Thursday
morning. Winds light and variable less than 8 mph. Relative
humidity levels range in 70 percent range in afternoon. Mixing
heights hovering around 2000 ft in the afternoon with fair smoke
dispersal. Scattered showers arrive after 2 PM. Chance of wetting
rain 30-40 percent. It is lower due to the scattered and brief
nature of the showers.
