.DISCUSSION...

Mostly sunny skies with west northwest winds of 5-10 mph becoming
west southwest by late afternoon. Afternoon high temperatures will
reach the upper 80s to near 90. Minimum afternoon relative
humidity values will drop to between 20 and 30 percent.

Winds become light to calm after sunset allowing for relative
humidity values to quickly recover this evening.
