.DISCUSSION...

Conditions across Narragansett Bay Thursday morning are expected
to feature periods of low clouds, reduced visibility, and
intermittent rain showers.

Between approximately 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, visibility is
expected to range from 2 to 4 statute miles, with 2 statute miles
representing the most likely worst-case scenario during heavier
showers or lower cloud ceilings. Cloud bases are forecast to be
around 400500 feet AGL.

Conditions should gradually improve through the late morning and
into the afternoon as showers become more scattered. From
approximately 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, visibility is expected to
improve to 4 to 6 statute miles, although brief reductions remain
possible in any passing shower.
