High pressure builds south across the region today with dry
weather and seasonable temperatures. Light northeast winds this
morning will give way to a sea-breeze this afternoon with winds
shifting to south around 10 mph after noontime. Relative
humidities will bottom out near 50 percent around midday to early
afternoon then slowly rise.
