MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 25
  kt and seas 4 to 6 feet expected. For the Gale Watch, west
  winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 7 to 12 feet
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Massachusetts coastal waters and Rhode
  Island coastal waters.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM Wednesday to 1
  AM EST Thursday. For the Gale Watch, from Thursday afternoon
  through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
