WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Total snow accumulations up to two
  inches and ice accumulations around one-tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, central, eastern,
  northeastern, and western Massachusetts, and northern Rhode Island.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
  Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes.
