* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of light snow develop Sunday morning
  and persist into the afternoon. The steadiest snow and the worst
  of the travel conditions will be late Sunday afternoon and night.

* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Periods of light snow
  develop Sunday morning and continue at times into Sunday
  afternoon. The heaviest of the snow will occur late Sunday
  afternoon and night...when snowfall rates may exceed 1 inch per
  hour. While the steadiest snow should be over by daybreak Monday...
  snow showers may linger into the Monday morning commute making for
  hazardous travel.
