...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations 1-5 inches. The
  highest amounts are expected along the immediate northeastern
  coastline.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, central, eastern,
  northeastern, southeastern, and western Massachusetts, and
  northern and southern Rhode Island.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use
extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
