Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient will strengthen slightly
today into tonight resulting in moderate northeasterly winds and
building seas through late Friday. Small Craft Exercise Caution
conditions will become likely tonight and continue into Friday.
Long period swell is expected to continue into next weekend.
Expect an increasing chance of showers and thunderstorms through
Thursday before diminishing on Friday.
