Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Generally favorable marine conditions are expected to
continue into today. Adverse conditions will likely develop
Sunday evening into Monday as the pressure gradient strengthens
along the lower Texas coast. Generally favorable conditions are
briefly forecast to return Tuesday before the next frontal
passage. The chance of showers and thunderstorms continues into
next week.
