.SYNOPSIS...Generally favorable conditions are expected across the
Gulf waters and the Laguna Madre. However, each afternoon winds
will increase leading to potential for brief Small Craft Exercise
Caution conditions, mainly on the Laguna and nearshore waters.
Seas of 3 to 4 feet and 4 to 6 second periods will persist through
the period.
