Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. An approaching cold front arrives late Saturday with thunderstorms likely (70 to 80 percent) and briefly hazardous marine conditions across the Gulf. Some of these storms could be severe. Small Craft Advisory conditions are expected Saturday night into Sunday morning for the Gulf and Laguna Madre.
