Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Favorable conditions with moderate winds of varying
directions and slight seas continues through late this afternoon.
The passage of cold front later today into tonight will bring
strong northerly winds and building rough seas. Small Craft
Advisory Conditions are likely tonight into Monday. Favorable
conditions return Tuesday and persist through the workweek.
