Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Strong northeast winds with hazardous marine
conditions are expected behind a cold front through evening.
Marine conditions gradually improve into early Friday. An enhanced
pressure gradient will increase winds late Friday into Saturday
and a strong cold front arrives on Sunday, returning hazardous
marine conditions to the lower Texas coastal waters through the
weekend.
