.SYNOPSIS...Generally moderate winds and seas continue to be
anticipated along the Lower Texas Coast with a modest pressure
gradient in place. Although Small Craft Advisory is not likely
to be needed, Small Craft Should Exercise Caution cannot be
entirely ruled out, mainly due to winds.
