Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...The difference between high pressure across the
eastern Gulf with low pressure over the lee of the Sierra Madre
will maintain moderate winds and seas through Saturday night. The
pressure gradient will weaken Sunday through Tuesday before
increasing a bit again Tuesday night through Wednesday night, with
moderate seas and winds returning. Seas could reach Small Craft
Exercise Caution by Wednesday night. Isolated to scattered mainly
overnight and morning showers and thunderstorms can be expected
Saturday through Tuesday, with additional coverage and intensity
becoming more likely later Wednesday and Wednesday night.
