Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Generally light to moderate winds and low to moderate
seas continue to be anticipated along the Lower Texas Coast with
a modest pressure gradient in place. Although Small Craft Advisory
is not likely to be needed, Small Craft Should Exercise Caution
cannot be entirely ruled out, mainly due to winds. Rain chances
increase Thursday and continue through early next week.
