.SYNOPSIS...Generally moderate winds and seas will prevail along
the Lower Texas Coast through the forecast with a modest pressure
gradient in place. Although Small Craft Advisory is not likely to
be needed, Small Craft Should Exercise Caution cannot be entirely
ruled out, especially on Wednesday due to winds.
