Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast...UPDATED

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Hazardous marine conditions will prevail over the
Gulf waters today into this evening and the Laguna Madre through
at least this morning. A Gale Warning is now in effect through mid
morning over the Gulf waters. A Small Craft Advisory remains in
effect until noon today for the Laguna Madre. Additional Small
Craft Advisories will likely be needed on the Gulf waters later
this morning into this evening. There should be improvement by
later this evening as the pressure gradient weakens, with
generally favorable marine conditions by Tuesday. Small Craft
Exercise Caution to Small Craft Advisory conditions return on
Wednesday and once again over the weekend.
