Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Favorable marine conditions will occur along the Lower
Texas Coast until the late weekend passage of a cold front. Small
Craft Advisory will likely be needed at that time and at the start
of the new work week in response to the frontal passage, and a
Gale Warning cannot be entirely ruled out. Conditions should
improve by Monday night/Tuesday morning and will stay somewhat
favorable before Small Craft Advisory/SCEC conditions become
possible again on Wednesday.
