Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Generally moderate southeasterly winds and seas will
persist into next week, with high pressure in place at the
surface, allowing for mostly favorable conditions. Gusty
southeasterly winds will create choppy conditions across the bay
each afternoon. Short periods of Small Craft Exercise Caution
could be possible starting this weekend and continuing through the
middle of next week due to gusty southeasterly winds around 15
knots over the Laguna Madre and Nearshore Gulf waters.
