.SYNOPSIS...Generally moderate south-southeast winds and slight seas
will prevail along the Lower Texas Coast through the forecast
with a modest pressure gradient in place. Small Craft Exercise
Caution headlines cannot be entirely ruled out Tuesday and
Wednesday due to winds. Mainly dry through Wednesday, though
moderate to high chances for showers and thunderstorms exists
through the weekend.
