Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Favorable conditions with moderate winds of varying
directions and slight seas continues through late this afternoon.
Conditions deteriorate Sunday evening behind a cold front. Strong
northerly winds gusting to near gale and seas building to rough
are expected through Monday morning, with a Small Craft Advisory
in place from 6 PM Sunday through 6 PM Monday. Monday night,
favorable conditions return through Thursday with gentle to
moderate southerly flow, slight seas, and very low rain chances.
