Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure slowly moves into the eastern Gulf
through Saturday, as a trough of low pressure strengthens each
afternoon over the Sierra Madre through southwest Texas and
southeast New Mexico. This will maintain southeasterly onshore
flow across the lower Texas coastal waters, gradually increasing
winds and seas into the weekend.
