.SYNOPSIS...Generally moderate winds and seas are expected through
the week with a modest pressure gradient in place along the Lower
Texas Coast. Conditions could briefly reach Small Craft Exercise
Caution conditions the next few afternoons before the pressure
gradient weakens and winds and seas calm.
