.SYNOPSIS...Favorable conditions will prevail through most of
Saturday with light to moderate winds and low to moderate seas.
Winds and seas are expected to increase this weekend as the
pressure gradient strengthens. Small Craft Exercise might be
needed for the Laguna Madre and nearshore Gulf waters for Saturday
afternoon.
