.SYNOPSIS...Strong northeast winds with adverse marine conditions
behind a cold front are expected to persist through Friday.
An enhanced pressure gradient will increase winds late Friday
into Saturday and a strong cold front arrives on Sunday, returning
hazardous marine conditions to the lower Texas coastal waters
through the weekend.
