.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate southeast winds and low seas persist
through the weekend. Dense fog is expected to persist through
much of this morning into the early afternoon hours before
lifting or advecting northward. Another round of patchy to dense
marine fog is likely Wednesday night into Thursday and again at
times through the weekend.
