436 FZUS54 KBRO 100655 CWFBRO Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast National Weather Service Brownsville TX 1255 AM CST Mon Nov 10 2025 Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the Rio Grande out 60 NM. Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. GMZ100-101930- 1255 AM CST Mon Nov 10 2025 .SYNOPSIS...Hazardous marine conditions will prevail over the Gulf waters and Laguna Madre through at least late this afternoon into this evening. A Gale Warning is in effect through early this morning over the Gulf waters. A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect until noon today for the Laguna Madre. Additional Small Craft Advisories will likely be needed on the Gulf waters this afternoon into this evening. There should be improvement by this evening as the pressure gradient weakens, with generally favorable marine conditions by Tuesday.
