Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cool front passage will maintain moderate
northeasterly to onshore winds, moderate seas through Friday, as
well as the chance for Small Craft Exercise Caution conditions. A
low to moderate (20 to 50 percent) chance of showers and
thunderstorms will continue through Friday morning, with chances
diminishing to near zero overnight. Primarily onshore light to
moderate onshore winds, primarily rain-free conditions, 7 to 8
second periods, and seas decreasing to slight Saturday through
early next week will continue.
